Convenient location just opposite to Iconsiam. So classy, spacious and comfortable room with a beautiful open view of the shopping mall and the river. Staff were so nice, friendly and helpful. The hotel has a swimming pool on a higher level so you can enjoy a spectacular view while relaxing.

It's a beautiful new hotel, i would give it 5 star. The location is great, the staff are welcoming and very professional and smiles. The river view is a bit far from the hotel but still nice. Breakfast is quite nice and very tasty. The beds are very comfy and the towels are new and very big. Thanks for a very nice 40th anniversary decoration and cake and personal blessing card, we were excited to find out all those surprises at arrival. We would come again for sure. You have made us very happy. .

I booked a room with breakfast for 3 nights and the food selection and variety was great! Room was always spotless clean and they provided 2 free water bottles and 2 towels daily. Lovely hotel and good location for iconsiam but getting to places on the other side of the river not so easy due to constant traffic Good gym Great breakfast room and options Biggest issue was slow checkout and no checkout invoice . As they take a holding deposit they announced it will take 2 weeks to release - ridiculous

Room was small but very clean. Air conditioner kept turning off at nighttime so the room could get too warm for sleeping. No concierge service available - no help for suitcases delivered to the room. Convenient location to ICON Siam big shopping mall, ferry and train system. This is more like a self-service hotel.

I stayed here for 4 nights and it was the best accommodation for me. It was a trip with just my 5-year-old daughter and the best part was that it was connected to the ics mall which has cheap but high-quality marts, food courts, massage and nail shops, and the famous iconsiam. The room was also clean, the water pressure was great, and the water drained well. Up to this point, it was a perfect 10. But the best part was that on the last night, I fell in front of the hotel and had to go to the emergency room, and they helped me perfectly with the initial response (they provided ice packs and bandages themselves), even providing a wheelchair, and even recommended a late check-out first. (I didn't do this because I had a vehicle reserved, but I was so grateful.) Fortunately, I didn't break a bone and thanks to the perfect initial response, I think my pain is recovering quickly. I'm so sorry that I couldn't express my gratitude properly because I'm not good at English. I'm so grateful to Mr. Gun who kept taking care of me. I didn't see all the names, but many of the staff members really helped me. I'm so grateful.
