Just what we needed for our stay. Clean and comfy room. Enough space and brilliant location
Caitlin, 4-night trip

I’ve seen some awful reviews but if you want a clean bed & shower for a few days it’s ‘Spot On’ … out the door & into the craic on the doorstep!
Josephine, 3-night trip

8/10 Good

Straightforward and easy stay. Clean and did the trick

Nice location. Can walk around most of cork from this location. Very clean.

Not really a B+B. No staff, no breakfast. Above a bar. We got a bed and a shower.
Dan, 1-night trip

4/10 Poor

Location is great, but room is worn out and uncomfortable.
Debbie, 4-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Great place to stay!

About a block from bus station and on main shopping street so lots of shops. They send you the entry code before check in but I was already in transit so they should send at least 12 hours before. I ended up having to call when I was at the door. Room is very comfortable. Bathroom is very tight given style of building. Despite being on shopping street and above a bar it wasnt too noisy and easy to sleep. Train station is walkable with light luggage.

me & my wife had such a pleasant stay here. clean room & toilet, super accessible place at the heart of the city center, warm & cozy, staff is fully accommodating on requests. will definitely go back & recommend staying here.

8/10 Good

Perfect for travelling alone. I'm 6'5" and was comfortable in the twin bed but it was rather loud outside from the strest cleaning early in the morning (not from the pub) and being a bit hot I had to have the windows open. The pub downstairs was brilliant with the nicest people and great music. For the price, convenience, and comfortable for me for this sort of trip, I'd return for sure!
Jesse, 1-night trip

The bed was soooo soft! I was able to stay an extra day so I didn't have to lug my cases everwhere. I ran out of TP after that 1st day. The climb to the 3rd floor room 7 was painful. Light over sink stuck on.
Kathleen, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Absolutely perfect location, very walkable. No car needed at all in Cork, I’d say. Our room was at the very top, I don’t mind the stairs but I’d keep them in mind if you have mobility issues or have a lot of baggage. We did self check in, very easy and quick with step by step instructions, perfect for the anti-social traveler lol- or for those arriving very late or early in the day. Definitely recommend popping in for a stay! It’s a lovely spot! I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
Isabella, 3-night trip

2/10 Terrible

- bad welcome - 3 floor no elevator - old fashioned, bad state - no cupboard - very bad shower, long waiting for hot water, very little water - little bed - above pub with loud music till 1:00 h
Theo, 3-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Great location, near the city center and the bus station, very clean room. Just perfect!
Daniele, 3-night trip

2/10 Terrible

B&b without breakfast. Claimed 24 hour reception and staff and never saw a soul. WiFi did not work. Room was super dirty. Light fixtures have not been cleaned in years. Locals at the pub called it the dungeon. My son had a serious allergic reaction to the dust and mold. I can’t believe this is still on Expedia. Towels were gross. Good location but that is the only positive.
Julie, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Everything is great and the location very good. Only negative is that the water pressure in the shower isn‘t the best but you can still manage to shower normally
Isabel, 3-night trip

2/10 Terrible

I can't believe Expedia is sponsoring this property. Get ready to climb up 4 flights of stairs.
James, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Nice old refurbished building. Cozy
Trent, 2-night trip

4/10 Poor

It’s a bed to sleep in a good location, but don’t expect much else. No frills stay at okay price. Room was outdated, old and looked dirty. Stains in the carpet, poor check-in communication. If you’re looking for room to crash for the night, it will do the trick. The one positive is there is a great pub downstairs with traditional live music at night. Would definitely recommend the Welcome Inn Pub right below, definitely better than spending any amount of time in the room!
Eric, 1-night trip

Too noisy

Too much noise from the pub below! I want to thank my earpod and noise cancellation airpods for saving my nights.
Romain, 4-night trip

6/10 Okay

Firstly Expedia still lists as a B&B. THERE IS NO BREAKFAST! They appear to have changed the name on the website despite it being plastered everywhere at the location. On the plus side - Great location, very central - communication was great via Whatsapp prior to arrival and a key issue sorted straight away. All rooms are on 1st, 2nd or 3rd floor with no lift, so be aware if you can't manage stairs or have big bags. Probably not a good location if you have a car. Room was OK. Super comfy bed made up however shower pressure is laughable and I couldn't turn off the bathroom light which I noticed had been raised by another reviewer weeks ago (same room 7). It is just rooms above a pub. I had no issue with noise and liked its charm but it is not a hotel! I would stay again.

10/10 Excellent

The Creedon's is just above Murphy's Bar and in a very convenient location for shopping, dining, sports games, the opera house. The space feels a bit like a single room hostel or airbnb, an older building but cute and cozy, well decorated. Check in was easy with a lockbox outside door and parking on the street was free as I stayed on a Sunday. I could see out the window to all the action outside. It was game night that I stayed and Murphy's Bar was PACKED...excellent live music and camaraderie, had a blast singing to well known songs. Great shopping is right on the side street and excellent coffee houses steps away and a great Italian pizza place across the street. Cork is charming and fun, would recommend and this location to stay in.

Upon checking in, I found hair in the shower drain and soap scum on the shower glass door.

We had a great stay in Cork. The B&B was lovely and convenient, it is very well situated for all we wanted to see and do.
