hygience of the room
I was suffered from insect bite in a room. My body got red mark & itichy Although they changed room for me they did not responsible for any doctor consultant fee. This is very disappointed At the end when I checked out ,they deduct that night room rate for me. However, I was got hurt. I still feel uncomfortable because the mark still exist and am afraid it will leave tmy body/face for long....

A l'arrivé tout a été très bien. La chambre a été très confortable et spacieuse, La salle de bain parfaite mais surtout une propreté superbe. Je recommande le petit déjeuné à volonté, pas cher et super. Pour résumer je recommande cet hotel.

Super Lage, mitten in Bordeaux
Das Hotel liegt mitten im Zentrum von Bordeaux und ist somit ideal, um all die touristischen Hotspots zu besuchen. Ein einfaches Hotel, aber wir waren zufrieden damit und würden wieder hingehen. Trotz sehr belebter Strasse, war der Lärm dank den doppelten Fenstern kein Problem. Die Teppiche sind sehr abgenutzt und sehen nicht besonders einladend aus. Ein Ersatz könnte nicht schaden.

Hotel er slidt og værelser er ikke Rene. Har boet på hotellet flere gange, det ligger centralt. Rengøringen af værelser er kun blevet ringere. Overvejer om vi til foråret igen bor på hotellet

Disappointed!
Disappointed with the hotel Overall. The reception area was dirty, in poor condition and cluttered. Our room was on the third floor which was accessed by a small service lift. The room was ok, basic but had a nice good onto the street below. The landing corridors looked tired and cluttered with laundry. The hotel was overall poorly decorated and presented. Thankfully we only had a one night stay in this location, we would not stay here again as it is does not represent good value for money, although the location was good.

The hotel has the best location for anyone that wants to be able to walk in downtown Bordeaux. The exterior is lovely; typical Bordeaux charm. The entrance where the concierge desk is located is cramped, but honestly, these old buildings were never meant to deal with large crowds. Our room was fine. Nothing to write home about, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Their breakfast was underwhelming and the set up was awkward. Breakfast foods were set up on a small counter, in a space between two dining areas. The choices were limited but the foods were okay. We didn't starve. My main complaint is that overall, the hotel just had a rundown appearance and feeling.. I am not talking about old world charm. I am talking about stained and buckled carpets and worn out areas of paint. The awkward setup of the breakfast area made it feel worse. But....location location location. The rates are comparable to other hotels in the area. The room was comfortable and clean.
