Infelizmente é muito ruim

Nossa chegada foi pessima. Fomos extremamente mal atendidos no check in. Nao recebemos qualquer informacao sobre o hotel ou sobre a pensao all inclusive. Chegamos 9 horas da noite e fomos informados se quiséssemos comer teriamos que correr porque o restaurant fecha as 9.30. Em todos os restaurantes os gerentes sao pessimos. Mal humorados e lhe respondem estressado a qualquer solicitação. A resposta é sempre a mesma. Procure a reception Nosso quarto tinha problema nos encanamentos que nao foi resolvido um dos banheiros transbordava. O servico de Bug para lhe levar montanha abaixo ou acima quase nao funciona. Solicitamos 6 vezes. Fomos atendidos 2. Se vc tem qualquer dificuldade de mobilidade este nao é o lugar. É uma pena que o servico ao cliente seja tao ruim porque o lugar é bonito. A comida é 5 de 10. Eles nao fazem esforço em melhorar porque o publico que frequenta o hotel nao liga. É um hotel barato entao nao espere muito. Fomos prometidos um carro cortesia para nossa estadia que nunca recebemos tambem.

Beautiful view, would I stay again. No

If you are looking for secluded, this is definitely the place for you. It’s huge. Downside; Can take forever to get places. It’s at least a half hour drive from the airport. If you aren’t comfortable walking I’d advise not to come here. They have buggies but they either take forever to come or don’t turn up at all. Hundreds of staff but most of them don’t really know what’s happening or at least don’t have answers. Sometimes it looked like more staff than guests. The food was pretty average, lots of variety though. Generally not very hot. Drinks were great once you actually got service. You have so many staff on and you make us line up and wait forever for drinks. Maybe it would be worth looking into servers. The rooms were great, the view was unbelievable. If you want a sun bed, forget about it. I was absolutely shocked and angry. Our room was overlooking the pool. I saw people running down at 6am to put their beach towels on a sun bed. We went for a walk and had breakfast, they still had not returned to their sun bed. they would disappear for hours. It’s rude and selfish, the hotel should take some action to stop this from happening. Would I stay here again. Nope

Fantastic spot- some areas of improvement

This is a fantastic hotel and we loved are stay here. The location and views are superb in both the restaurants and the pool-area. Sea veiw rooms are beautiful and clean. Private beach with a lot of sunbeds is also fantastic.Staff if very friendly and helpful. Food, especially in the A la carte restaurants are really good, and also the drinks by all the bars are high-standard. It’s indeed newly opened and they have some areas of improvement to truly give that overall 5-star feeling. There is a slight smell in some areas of the hotel, but didn’t disturb are overall experience. There is not enough sunbeds and people tend to get up as early as 7am to reserve. The main restaurants is a little understaffed especially during breakfast and lunch to take drink-orders. Would love to have waiters come out to the sunbeds and take orders instead of queuing by the bar. Make sure the reserve A la carte dinners before you arrive to make sure you get all your included dinners.

Lacking on so many areas

This was under all expectations. The service is seriously terrible. It hurts to say, especially with an all inclusive 5-star hotel where you depend a lot on the staff and expect good treatment. Many of them are rude, slow, unexperienced and it just gives off an unserious vibe. You have to compensate yourself for their lack of interest. The waitors, bartenders and lobby staff are just not good enough. It is just so, so slow. Their a la carte restaurant was low low level (the only positive there was the asian waitress who was very nice and tried her best to give us a good dinner. You could tell she cared for the guest, it was good to see). The view and beach was nice. The room was clean, although poorly isolated. There is a smell of sewers throughout the whole hotel, it sort of comes and goes. You get almost no info about the hotel at arrival, they expect you to download their app and learn everything yourself. For the price, you expect a lot better service. Also, they were out of beach towels EVERY DAY, we had to reuse our towels several days. This is embarrasing for a hotel with this price and rating. Silcerely, we are dissapointed and do not recommend this place.
