Bra område. Väldigt trevlig personal och service. Mycket hjälpsamt och vänligt bemötande. Helt okej standard. Stort plus för fräscht badrum. Lite krångligt med hissen och att hotellet ligger inne i ett bostadshus, men funkade bra med nycklar.

The hotel staff is amazing! So kind and friendly. We were terribly disorganized guests. Our 2-night stay was and the closing end of an exhausting 12-day trip. A terrible experience with taxi/car service in Rome made us weary of using a taxi service to the airport. We decided take the train and Raffaele was kind enough to help us (2 adults, 2 kids under 5, 4 suitcases, and 3 backpacks) to the train station early in the morning and helped us to navigate our ticket purchase. He was also very kind and understanding about another mishap. Long story short - you will not find kinder hosts! These are wonderful people!!!

The rooms was very clean, high ceilings but the beds were not comfortable. Marc and Raffael were always responsive and very helpful. They made our stay comfortable and pleasant. The location is great - close to the Roma Trains and buses. Walking distance to Colossea and other landmarks if you don't mind walking in the hot weather. The Monti Place also has a lovely common space with snacks for breakfast, tea and all sorts of coffees for free all day. This really helped.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. There were bottles of water and bakery items free for use anytime. The windows and unit were more sound proofed than other units we stayed in throughout Italy. This helped us sleep well without street noise.

Best stay we ever had. This was our first time traveling to Europe, and I did not know that they have different power outlets. Marco let us borrow his power adapter. The hotel is very nostalgic. I felt like I was back in the 70's. It's highly recommended. (the elevator is cool)

My Monti Place overnight stay

Property was the perfect fit for our one-night layover in Rome. Property owners left clear instructions for check-in and check-out. All accommodations and amenities were well organized. Decor in room is sparse, but clean and functional.

Close to everything!

Marco was very nice, we were able to leave our luggage and appreciate more free time in Roma before taking the train back to Florence. Very easy for late check in and we appreciated the elevator!

9月に宿泊しました。 旅程の都合でチェックインとチェックアウトがフロントスタッフさんがいない時間になってしまい、無事宿泊できるか心配しましたが、メールで丁寧にご対応いただけたので無事泊まることができました。 お部屋は独特な華やかさで素敵でした。何よりベッドの寝心地とふわふわのバスタオルが最高でした。 ラウンジでは自由に飲み物がいただけて大変ありがたかったです。 スタッフの方には誰にも会うことはできませんでしたが、行き届いたサービスにとても癒されました。 次はもう少し時間がある時に泊まりたいと思います。 ありがとうございました！

I have booked this property via Expedia and fully paid in advance, they didn’t honor the booking at the last minute and provided an alternative property. I had no choice to accept. But I didn’t get a reply to my acceptance. My Expedia account still was showing old property and hence I responded back to not reserve it. An I have booked another property. We had to lose our train tickets fare due to them as we were arriving late in Rome with family and instead we decided to stay in Venice. They messed up my trip itinerary and Now they are also not giving refunds. Pathetic. Avoid this property.

If I could give twenty stars I would! Rafael was so incredible. I stay in many different hotels for work and have never had such a pleasant check in experience. He took the time to show us hot spots, explain the room, coffee machine, etc. The whole team at this property were wonderful, we felt truly at home.
