Will not stay here again

The rooms are in worse shape than in the pictures on the site. Holes in the walls, there was still garbage on the floor left by previous guest and we found a bug on the pillow. A plus for receiving a refund with the help of great staff at hotels.con, but I have not received any replies to my emails I sent the hostel manager (got the email address from the receptionist, who also offered us and another guest bug spray) nor the messages I sent through hotels.com app several days prior to my stay. Also, I forgot something in my room and wanted it back, did not receive a reply to that either. As I want to be mindful and respectful, I will not post the pictures I took where for example other guests and employees are featured and I will delete them now that I received my refund. Pictures attached are instead of the mentioned wall and garbage.

Kan ikke anbefales

Hostel prinsesse er ikke et sted jeg vil anbefale andre. Renligheden er dybt skuffende, der lå støv over alt og jeg fandt blodplettet på mit såkaldte rene sengetøj. Værelset var i dårligt stand, med huller og spartelmærker overalt, gulvtæppet var ikke støvsuget og der var pletter på væggene. Derudover blev de tre dele toiletter ikke gjort grundigt rent og vi måtte op til flere gange efterspørge toiletpapir uden held. Badet er som sådan i orden, dog manglede der en lås og man skulle dele et bad med 7værelser. Vi forventede et køkken til madlavning, dog var renligheden her dog også helt i bund samt mangel på service og køkken redskaber. Beliggenhed var god, men vægter ikke op for hvor lousy værelser og resten af hoslet var.

Absolutely terrible experience

Absolutely terrible experience. The only reason i returned here is because it was the cheapest. Room was dirty with overflowing bin for 2 days, next to loud trams running late nights, bedding was clean but full of bedbugs, one was bloody and stained the bedsheets. When i asked them to change the sheet, they agreed but i returned to find the same blood stained sheet. Toilet was diabolical with with little pond all throughout the stay. Stairs and terrible carpeting in the building is always a disaster waiting to happen. Tripped and got bruised seriously. They had no first aid to assist. System is not uploading the other photos. And a video of bedbugs having a carnival on my bed.

The toilets are not regularly checked and tissues emptied. Same with the bin in our room, I had to ask for it to emptied on the 2nd day. Beds seem to be allocated randomly as I got in the room and my bed was already taken. Then i was told to take a different bed which was then allocated to another person who came and removed my belongings. People including your own staff smoking weed and cigarettes in front of the entrance despite notices. This is not healthy. Last few weeks, I left behind my waistcoat/vest and called immediately. I was told they'd ask housekeeping but no one had a record of my enquiry nor did they ask housekeeping. Lost item gone!

Avoid at all costs.

Terrible state of the room and without curtains. It’s not possible to sleep at all because the street light directly shot into the room and the hostel staff didn’t offer any help. And in the night, you can hear everything as the wall is paper thin. The toilet on the 3rd floor not working and good luck to the shower too. We stayed at room 302 which does t haven’t curtains. Very bad smell of the room. People previously stayed must smoke weed in the room.

À fuir pour votre santé !!!

Des punaises de lit, hygiène douteuse, personnels très indiscrets, chambre en travaux, si tout cela vous plais vous êtes aux bonnes endroits !!! Les chambres sont aménagées comme si elles étaient en travaux et qu’ils avait juste posé un lit en plein milieu, rideau de douche pour séparer les casier du reste de la pièce, évier qui fuit, les draps avaient des poils (non pas un ou deux mais bien plusieurs) répartis partout, des punaises de lit présents en quantité suffisante pour faire trembler l’inspection de l’hygiène. Les douches et toilettes était encore dans un état « correct » mais les ventilations étaient moisis donc beaucoup d’humidité. Le personnels qui rentrent dans ma chambre pour faire le ménage alors que j’ai expressément dit que j’étais en train de me changer passe encore, cependant celui-ci m’a demandé de sortir afin de nettoyer ma chambre, limite après qu’il se soit incrusté sans prévenir, plus tard dans la journée (vers 18h) ce même membre est revenu dans ma chambre mais m’a demandé en anglais « qu’est-ce que vous faites ici ? » me demandant expliquer pourquoi j’étais dans la chambre. Bref très indiscret mais le pompon, il me demande si le camarade de chambre que j’avais (une personne que je ne connais pas du tout) était là car son lit n’était pas fait. Cependant le personnels de l’accueil était sympathique Je n’ai pas testé la « cuisine » qui fessait 3m2 mais je pense que tout est dit Auberge à fuir, j’aurais du dormir dehors Photo de la où aise de lit

No working shower

Showers were not nor king and they lie about fixing the problem. The staff do not pick up the trash from the trash bin in the room, the toilets are constantly dirty with no attention from staff who are constantly smoking in the entrance.

Triste escolha
