Great location
The hotel has a great location. However, one of the elevators did not work for the entire 5 days we stayed and it took a long time to get to our room in the mornings. Also, there is not enough space in the restaurant area for all the guests during the breakfast. Overall, it was okay.

Would stay again
Awesome stay and would recommend for families that want to be in the area of pretty much everything. Short walk to aquarium and skydome (Roger’s center), CN tower etc. We made with walk with ease in middle of winter with our 4 and 6 year olds. Breakfast included and parking was very expensive!! $60 a night.

We were there on New Year's Eve and the room next to us was very, very loud late into the morning, which made it difficult to sleep. Also, we were checking out very early in the morning, but apparently the Valet doesn't work before 7:00 AM, so even though we paid for the Valet, we had to go get the car ourselves when we checked out.

Great stay
What service is all about. We thank Joanne at the front desk who gave us a early check in and late check out by just asking. We really needed it. The room was very tidy, the complimentary breakfast was nice. However, the hot tub had too much chlorine.
