We had a 2 bedroom condo on the main floor which was well appointed. The main courtyard was very well landscaped with lot of trees, bushes and seating areas. Close to shopping and dining. The beach nearby wasn't worth visiting. You may want to go further north from here. Very walkable. The staff was professional, but not the friendliest. Be mindful of the $50/hour late checkout fee. No getting around that.

Breakfast was not a breakfast they give you coupons and two options for dining where you supposed to pay additional fees. Room keys didn’t work. Not overly friendly staff. Pros - location, clean. Cons - service, noise, old facility. Overall, a bad experience because of customer service and loud noise at night. On the up side, the property is located in a nice location and offers free parking. On the down side, the property is old (but clean) and there was a LOT of noise until very late at night from adjacent facilities. 45 minutes before checkout the hotel messaged me to remind me to checkout by noon and followed up with a cellphone call to make sure (never had a hotel in the past done something like this in my experience). Several days after leaving the hotel they messaged me to say one beach towel wasn’t returned and they charged me 25 USD for it. The towel was left by the pool and NO ONE told us that we had to return it to the front desk or asked us at checkout where the towel was. Personally, these things left a very bad taste for us and we wouldn’t return to this place in the future.
