Please choose another place!

The only positive is the location. Great location. As for the rest, please pick somewhere else. The hotel is definitely not 4 star. It is in desperate need or repairs and renovating. We booked the largest, mist expensive suite and during 100 degrees, the a/c in half the suite didn't work at all. It was nearly 85 degrees Fahrenheit during the day. We kept window, curtains and lights off to try and help but it didn't. We stayed for 4 nights and each day we asked for help. Excuses, excuses, excuses. We had 3 fans going st all times. It wasn't until the last night, after being unabke to enter the hot suite, that someone offered my older kuds another room for the night. She lnew the a/c was broken and thought we were told that it wouldnt be fixed until AFTER we checked out. I booked this hotel because it stated they had ac and i knew it was going to be hot. The toilet gurgled all night. The door knob to the bathroom fell off, tiles were cracked and moldy. After complaining for 4 days, we were given a 30% discount however, that wasn't enough to make up for 4 days of sweatingv and not being able to cool down after sight-seeing Rome.

Amazing location, lovely staff and hotel.

If you’re looking for a great area to stay in Rome that is full of life, the Spanish steps and so much more within walking distance, this is an excellent place! Very kind staff who helped me figure out some things that I didn’t remember about European travel. Right outside your door is the restaurant. They have a bar. Very reasonable pricing for what you get! I had an amazing time shopping, eating, seeing the sights

Great location

Location was perfect, walkable to all the major sites and right in the heart of the historic part of Rome. I felt very safe, staff was very friendly & helpful. I was traveling for work with my teen daughter; she loved being around the sights, shops & eateries....it was not overly crowded or noisy at night. It is a smaller hotel but comfortable, needs some updating but location is ideal.

The hotel was perfectly located for my purposes, old, but quite clean. my only gripe was my double room only had a window facing a very tight internal void light well. to be fair I booked late and I believe 85% of rooms have external facing walls.

No value for money

This is a 3* hotel. This is not what we expected for the money we paid per night and the pictures in the website. Everything inside is too old. It needs a complete inside refurbish or reconstruction. I understand is Rome, but I have been there before in a couple of 4* hotels in real good condition. Halls, rooms, breakfast, all are very tiny spaces. Bed and mattres old, uncomfortable, makes noise when moving. Wooden floor is split. This is not the place we expected for what we pay per night. The good: location and the guy at breakfast who diligently prepared a bag for us to take for an early morning flight.
