The Elegance of a Bygone Era!
Having stayed at the top rated hotels in NYC in the past, I have chosen The Pierre for my last two trips. It is a classic hotel with beautiful decor and impeccable service. Staying at The Pierre is like a timewarp back to the elegance of a bygone era you do not find elsewhere. To a person the staff treats the guests incredibly, commenting to you as you pass by. A great experince!

We had a problem with our room (there was a squeaking sound) and Crystal, the manager, was very attentive, giving us a different room and walking us up to the new room to make sure it suited our needs. Great Concierge at The Pierre
Visited New York City for a fun couple's get away and the Peirre was an absolutely fabulous oasis. From the first person to the last, the staff was kind and extremely attentive especially the Concierge, Denzel, who graciously went out of his way to find two fantastic gluten free restaurants and handled the reservation. He could not have been more helpful.
