!0 Dollar parking fee plus roaches
First thing first 10-dollar parking charge I have been using this app for a while, I have never been asked for parking fee second they had an ironing board holding the door to the bathroom that did not close properly also the front door lock did not work either and had roaches crawling in the walls had to check my whole luggage never using this Hotel

We had to pay premium for the valentine's day (we flew in one day earlier due to snow storm) and it's definitely not worth the money. The room is spacious but has a weird smell. The breakfast food is horrible with a few pieces of white bread and two kinds of cereal. The service was ok and front desk person was friendly.

Definitely pass on this one!
This should not be on your list of recommended hotels, as it's rundown and not well-maintained. The deadbolt didn't work on my room (but no room to switch to), the fridge didn't work (also, no ice machine!), there was no hairdryer nor coffeemaker in the room, and the desk person had to scour a storage room to find a hairdryer. Breakfast consisted of cold cereal or a bagel--no protein, no fruit, not even hot water for tea. It's not near the Riverwalk either. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Hotel confortable y cumplidor.
El registro fue express y tenían aperitivos y agua fría de cortesía. Las camas confortables y todas las amenidades cumplían. Es un hotel un poco viejo pero muy bien conservado. El desayuno aunque es continental fue muy basto y rellenaban constantemente En general tuvimos una agradable estancia.

At 1am someone opened the door to our room and quickly left. So did we, packed our things and left. Front desk didnt seem to care. Stay away from here.

Limpieza horrible. Las sábanas y toallas manchadas. Tuvimos que ir a recepción para que cambiaran las sábanas y al contrario nosotros tuvimos que hacerlo pero estaban manchadas. Tengo evidencias en fotos. Dinero mal invertido

Didn’t appreciate the hidden parking fee, place was empty. Just a way to nickel and dime you. First room deadbolt didn’t work, second room almost the same issue. Bed was comfortable at least. Mosquitoes , I killed about 10 of them within the hour. Location is close to everything which was the only benefit. Room condition lamp was broken, air conditioner was noisy. Just run down. Maintaining on a budget. WiFi worked. Wouldn’t trust any breakfast that’s offered. Staff was friendly. One and done.

There were no towels and personal hygiene products in the room. The door to the bathroom did not close. Toilet flush was broken. Phone line was disconnected. So overall it was a poor experience to stay at this property. Did not enjoy at all.
