Not what I had hoped
This is an older hotel with older furnishings. All the basics are there, but the bed was very uncomfortable and it sat on a 2x4 frame, part of which stuck out into the room. Cleanliness was not an issue. The internet was dysfunctional. It blocked most of the web sites I would open up. There is a nice view of the lake at the end of the property. There you also find a cordoned off pool that is broken into piece. The operators are fine. I just expected more for the price I paid.

I love it here! Nothing spectacular about it, but Regency Inn offer all the amenities you expect.They have refrigerators, microwaves, air and heat. It's also quiet, clean, has ample parking and good food just across the street. Anytime I'm in Lakeport, I always choose Regency Inn!

I had a wonderful time. I needed a quiet and peaceful get-away and this place was subtle and quiet. I liked the simplicity. Although the pool was under construction, the desk clerk allowed me to sit on the patio which has a nice view of Clear Lake. Sunset was beautiful.

Everything was clean. It was very nice to have a mini-fridge and microwave. It was close to Library Park (where we attended a concert) and some restaurants.

Very clean and well managed .
Very well run and clean location! Room was very clean and organized, Wi-Fi was free, parking free, in room coffee, microwave fridge, Seemed to be family business. They did not hesitate to accommodate any request that I had. Mattress was a little hard for my taste but I would stay there again for sure.

This is a basic, somewhat updated, mid-century motel. My room was very clean, but basic. I was impressed with the on-site management who took great pride in their motel. The motel is convenient to downtown Lakeport and many local events. Nice view of the lake.

Pros - The owners were accessable when needed. The room was very clean. The location was convenient to the freeway and food options. Cons - The hotel has a pool area that leads to a deck that overlooks Clear Lake. It wasn't open until 11 AM. My impression is that it would have been a very nice place to see the sun rise and/or sit and watch the lake earlier in the morning.
