The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean, but the room was not vacuumed and the smell of mould was really strong. The great breakfast saved it all because of the friendly staff, the presentation of the breakfast food and the overall quality.

As a base it had every thing I needed, bus stop just around the corner to reach shops or Temple Meads, even the harbourside too, was out all day so only really slept and had breakfast here, staff were very nice, I would recommend and thinking of using them again soon

Just a old hotel. Serice is not good at all, took my card details for any damage in room, it never happened before, small box room with single bed and took £58 and that too is in bad condition. And the worse thing is said parking available when booking but when i arrived i have to park in the street. You have to book for the breakfast timing first. So bad experience, I wont recommend this to anyone
