Needs improvement no value for money
dirty clothes and dirty water used to clean the room we get the bad smell as soon as we enter.
Breakfast is very disappointing it should be called basic breakfast instead of free breakfast, also coffee station has no cream it was hidden which is so cheap behaviour.
All employees looks sad and we get a feeling that they don't want to be at work.

Our needs were met, quickly and efficiently
Late night flight in to YVR so arrived weary. Checking in was fast and efficient, room comfortable and quiet. After a few hours sleep and a breakfast of waffle and bagels, a quick check out, and on our way!

Clean and eco friendly
Easy to schedule airport shuttle, great front desk service. I appreciate they stopped using small/disposable toiletry containers.
Room was clean, fantastic value for a quick layover.

No Shuttle service
I phoned 28 hours before my check-in to book my 630am airport shuttle...Gurpreet at the front desk told me just to book when I'm checking in to the hotel...fast forward to check-in, I ask to book my shuttle for the next morning, turns out it is full, as is the shuttle 20 minutes later.
No big deal, I'll take an Uber and ask the hotel to cover the $12 cost as an apology for their procedure failure...Not a chance Gurpreet said...brutal customer service.
