Very good budget stay!

There were two other events happening during our stay that we weren't aware of, so the parking was terrible and breakfast was a little crowded, however, despite this unforeseeable circumstance, the hotel room was very clean and nice. The bathroom was amazing. The breakfast was one of the best breakfasts I've had at a hotel and sometime. For the price, this was an amazing experience and we will most likely be staying again on our next trip to Branson.

Extremely pleased

We actually ended up extending our stay and extra day. Everything was very clean, towels provided at the pool and spa area. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean and nice! Breakfast was a plus... waffle maker x 2! Big hit with the grandkids!

Great stay!

Once checked in, everything was great! Clean, quiet and comfortable room. Good breakfast. Close to all the shows. Check in at 4:00 took a half hour due to only one person at the desk dealing with a lobby full of people. We’d stay again, but arrive a little later.

Disappointing

The property and room were fine. Although no easy chair except the desk chair in the room. We were told all rooms like that because of late furniture deliver. A guy worker heard us and he went and found us an older recliner out of storage. Nicest person there. Disappointing with a two night stay our room never got cleaned and we had to find someone to bring us at least clean towels last night. Although Branson was awesome to visit on our road trip.

This hotel was great!. It's older so some kinks that were annoying but nothing more. Our bathroom light worked about half the time and the shower head was short but other than that great stay!!!!

Okayish

The hotel was ok. The pool really needed cleaning. There was hair, nail polish peelings, and debris in it. House cleaning was interesting. Both days that they did it they only made one of our beds. The room smelled really weird. I couldn’t tell you what it was but it wasn’t pleasant.

Very nice room and confortable bed. Only downside.. they were out of orange juice with Breakfast and the gravy was quite thin. Pool was a bit crowded with kids but that's not the fault of the hotel.

Nice hotel

Clean, good close location for sight and sound theater (5 minutes!) and silver dollar city (~16 minutes). Large selection of choices for breakfast which is very nice!

Our room was nice and clean when we arrived, but they only made our bed one time while we were there. There was a bad smell in the hallway on the floor we were on. We were there 5 nights, and the hallway floor was never vacuumed. The same trash was there every day during our entire stay. I even reported it to the front desk, but nothing changed. As far as everything else, the location was great, and the beds were very comfortable. I hope they were just having a temporary problem with housekeeping because other than that, the hotel was okay.
