Nice and reasonable price in a quiet area.
Some of the carpet is older and tattered but they are renovating some rooms so I expect more improvements also. Cool to see my closest rooms being renovated so we knew it would be quiet. Nice quiet lobby to sit and read and crochet in the morning while my husband sleeps in. No obnoxious TV blaring with CNN like so many hotels these days. Early morning is enjoyably quiet, just hearing the sounds of breakfast being made. Cozy chairs to relax in, wish the fire place was turned on but still very nice. Will likely stay again, see how the new rooms turn out and maybe bring grandkids to use the pool.

You get what u pay for.
Horrible sounds coming from the heater in the room no matter what setting I had it on. I had to shut it off completely. Also the smell of chemicals was very overwhelming. Carpet is very stained. Actual carpet shredding as you go up the stairs. You get what you pay for people but this was bad. I didn’t pay for bad.

Reasonable price for a nice stay
They were under some construction, but other than that it was clean and well kept up. The room was clean, although the sheets were older and kind of rough due to that. The breakfast had warm food and cold food options, which were all good. They were helpful whenever there were any questions. They had an online option for check-in and checkout, out making it much quicker. Overall a good stay and reasonable priced.

Questionable rooms
I was so disappointed, this hotel is a wreck! Torn apart bc sprinklers destroyed some rooms, my room was originally on second floor but no elevator and I had 16 totes to bring in and asked for a main level room had to upgrade to a suite and that was not nice, cleanliness was questionable and breakfast was not good, felt unsafe during my stay, will not be back.

My first night the hot tub would not work and the guy at the front desk trying to fix it but couldn't the other staff in the morning did fixed it and it was nice to be able to use the hot tub in the room everything was nice I will be back next year at the same time

Our first room the hotel flooded on us with little to no toilet paper in the toilet, we were moved to another room and toilet ended up flooding our bathroom as well. Apparently a bunch of rooms were having this same issue so they were unable to move us to another room and instead sent maintenance hours later. So we had to go downstairs to the lobby to use the bathroom. The bathtub also didn’t fill so we were unable to bathe our 15 month old. When we asked them about reimbursement or something to make it right they just brushed it off and said there was nothing they can do. Definitely won’t be staying there again!

It was generally alright. The pool & hot tub need a very derp clean/paint job or resurfacing. Theres so much chlorine we knew nothing was growing in there but they looked dirty. Only 2 jets worked for the hot tub. It was odd. We stayed in an accessible room. It was fine. The hotel says soundproof - but only if the people in the hallway lower their vouces & act like its not tgeir living room. We also had the room next to us, their door was adjacent to ours and for some readon had a family member staying in another room constantly having to knock & get into that room. I could have complained, but didn't.
