Stay away!!
The worst hotel experience ever. Checked out after one night due to this horrible “hotel”.
Upon checkout, the hotel staff clearly told us they wanted to refund us but couldn’t, as the booking had been made through a platform. Just a few minutes later, however, they gave you a completely different version of events, claiming they had offered us an alternative room — which is simply not true. No such offer was ever made.
The hotel experience was far below expectations. The room was dirty, with towels that had holes and yellow stains. Basic amenities were missing: there were no bedside lamps, no spoons for the coffee cups, and no bathrobes, despite the listing stating otherwise.
Additionally, the hotel staff regularly fed stray dogs at the garbage area next to the property, which caused constant barking whenever anyone passed by. It made the atmosphere noisy and unpleasant. The hotel staffs friend and family used the pool and the music was so loud you could not have a conversation.
