No coffe machine in the room, no elevator that allows transportation of heavy bags without using one flight of stairs, no water bottles provided every day, only ine bottle upon check in. The restaurant menu is good but doesn't change. Otherwise very pleasant atmospheric place to stay.

Compared to the photos, the rooms seemed more dated in real life. Additionally they advertised the pool/spa area on the photos but didn’t advise prior to the visit that it has been closed for a little while due to renovations.

Nähe zur Uniklinik perfekt
Leider leidet die Sauberkeit weiterhin: fremde dunkle Haare im Waschbecken, tote Fliegen in den Gardinen, Fuß des Glastisches verdreckt. Die Schaniere der Badezimmertür sind auch nach einem halben Jahr immer noch nicht gemacht, wenn nachts jemand diese Tür benutzt, ist der Partner auf jeden Fall wach, klingt wie Hui Buh. Ausreichend Kissen, die Bettdecken sind schwer, nicht atmungsaktiv, Schwitzen vorprogrammiert. Frühstück ist weiterhin sehr gut, hohe Qualität, viel Auswahl, Einweg hält sich in Grenzen. Personal im Service und des Empfangs ausgesprochen freundlich. Handtücher werden auch getauscht, wenn sie ordentlich aufgehangen wurden, diesmal auch die Gläser getauscht, Danke. Neuerdings müssen auch geschäftlich Reisende die Bonner Beherbergungssteuer zahlen, sehr ärgerlich, pfui Stadt Bonn!
