Small roaches.
At first glance the room looked nice and clean. However there were multiple roaches seen alive. The bed was not comfortable at all. Checkin service was easy and staff was very friendly

Motel review
I’ve stayed here two times before this visit and I never got charged a deposit but this time I was told I will have to pay a deposit. I don’t know what changed or if they had bad experience with other people that they came up with the deposit policy. Also the room they put me in I was seeing roaches everyday of my stay. It’s like the more I come back to stay the worse I see roaches, the rooms do be clean but not the best kept up because they are more of an old motel. I don’t know if I will stay there again after the whole deposit policy and the roaches getting bad. If I’m going to be paying a deposit I might as well stay somewhere better with no roaches.

Stay at your own risk!
This is going to be a real review! Im from Houston and dont know the bad areas of Austin, this is one. I rented here cause it was in budget (i see why now), close to my event, and pictures seemed okay ( dont trust pictures). This place is loaded with roaches, dont leave anything open out and all food in fridge. Restroom door didnt lock. Beds were very loud since they are on a metal platform. Coffee pot was disgusting, never used it. If you need any soap or shampoo, ask when checking in. We found out when we got in room they had nothing and a paper said we have to request. The office should've stated that during check in. Take lysol wipes and a room spray since our room didnt smell the best. Woukd i recommend? If you need sonewhat affordable and dont care about what i just stayed. Would i be back? Sorry, but NO. Guy at front desk was cool 😎

If you're paying in excess of $100 a night and you have German bugs as roommates and you're afraid to turn the lights on at night hell no ever again, THEY pocket the profits but no money to spray the rooms ridiculous,

Only good thing I can say is front desk person was friendly and was willing to accommodate us. We didn't even stay. Room smelt like smoke, even though was informed rooms are non smoking. Mattress was stained.
