Our honeymoon at Fairfield Inn & Suites Lake Buena Vista in Marriott Village was deeply disappointing. We experienced three nights of extreme discomfort due to a non-functioning heater, despite reporting the issue from the very beginning. It wasn't until the fourth day that we were moved to another room, with no meaningful compensation for the nights we endured sleepless and cold.
This was meant to be a once-in-a-lifetime trip, carefully planned while leaving our three children behind, and it’s heartbreaking that such an important occasion was overshadowed by poor service. We trusted Marriott Bonvoy for this special moment, but unfortunately, it fell far short of expectations.
I hope this feedback serves to improve the experience for future guests, as no one should have to face such inconveniences during a special and memorable trip.
