The properties comprise of 4 units and are grouped together. The accommodation is either on the ground floor or the first floor. The houses are built into the hillside and reached by a few steps or a staircase. The open-air swimming pool, the tennis courts and the playground are all located between the houses. Each property has its own patio or balcony with garden furniture. For first floor properties this can be located at ground level. The interiors are of a very high standard, the accommodation is extremely comfortable. All types have cable television, stereo installations, fully equipped kitchens with ceramic hotplate, microwave oven and dishwasher. The larger types also include a Jacuzzi.
