Overall great place. 2 of our pillows were missing pillowcases but no biggie. Free Shuttle to airport was nice. Breakfast ended at 9am which was a bit to early in my opinion. Should run till 10am.

Where do I start? The rooms weren’t just dirty — they clearly had not been cleaned. When you walked into my mother’s room, the sour smell of a mildewed shower curtain nearly knocked you over and made your eyes water. In our room, there was someone else’s plate of food left in the microwave. This is not a Wyndham Garden. The sign — and even the Uber driver — called it a Holiday Inn Express. I paid for Wyndham Garden standards: cleanliness, service, and a well-maintained environment. What I got was a dirty room, no fresh towels, a coffee maker but no coffee, and a generally run-down facility. The service desk was empty when we left, though we did hear the staff’s wake-up alarm as we walked out. As for the “free pickup from the airport” — we were told it would be 15–20 minutes. After 25 minutes, we called again and were told it would be another 15–20 minutes. I had my handicapped mother sitting outside waiting. We finally gave up and called an Uber. Breakfast? The photos online must be from another hotel entirely. They had bread and a single toaster. No fruit, no waffles or pancakes. Just eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, and cereal packets. My issue is not just with the limited options, but with the misleading images that suggested a much higher-quality offering. We paid $250 per night, per room. For that price, I could have stayed at Motel 6 or Best Western and received better service and cleanliness. I will be posting this review so no one else is misled.

We stayed for a couple of days for a short visit. This is our first time to stay in the hotel. The room was spacious and in good order. The body wash dispenser in the bathroom was empty so we let housekeeping know about it and it was taken care of the next morning. Checking in and checking out was very easy. The free continental breakfast had a lot to be desired. The sausage was served half-cooked and the scrambled eggs was oily. Also, the food was served cold because the food warmer was not turned on. We found out later that the cook was new on the job and that management needs to give her training on food preparation and service. The parking lot also needs cleaning up. Overall experience is satisfactory and hope that our next visit will be better.

Great staff. Room was nice. Bed was comfortable. Only comment is someone needs to keep the front entrance cleaner. Smoker's trash was always overflowing out front and there was food spilled on the ground in the handicapped parking area for a few days.

First, called the hotel to get the details about the free airport shuttle. After being on hold for at least 7 minutes, I was told that they couldn’t get ahold of the driver and I should expect a wait time of 20-30 minutes. When I did get dropped off at the hotel, I noticed that one sign was just a temporary tarp style for Wyndham, and another sign was for a Holiday Inn Express. Nowhere was it stated that this location was undergoing a renovation. At checkin, the two ladies working asked for my ID & CC; I had already completed that online. They seemed a bit confused by that but worked it out. My biggest complaint about the checkin process is that my room number was said out loud multiple times. This is a huge safety issue, especially as a solo female traveler. Got to my room, and immediately noticed the floors were not the cleanest. Lots of detritus in all areas of the floor. There were even Cheetos under the desk. Bathroom floor had lots of pieces of tissue/TP under the counter. Bathroom also had rogue black hair on the counter. There was dust covering most flat spaces in the room, even on the cords and walls. Another safety concern- being on the ground floor, I checked the window- which had a screen semi-popped-out and the window was unlocked. Business center is non existent- it’s filled with ladders and such. To sum: I do not recommend and will not return.

Hi, this is Katie Windhom Typically a refund done one the same day, or credit card charge reversal; it washes itself out and the charge is gone. This double charge hasn’t come back, the invoice you sent me doesn’t say it was refunded. It shows the charge and a balance then a zero balance. I’m requesting a verification that a refund was indeed done, not just typed into the computer, or a note left for the refund to be done. It’s a disappointment that I’ve had to write this email, as I’ve called 4 times. One of those times reaching a manager (you). The other folks that have answered the phone have been rude and snide. We’re not rich, it’s almost $260 It’s needed and I really would like actual credit card machine receipt showing it’s been adjusted. Our bank is showing/saying no reversal, nothing pending. The hotels pool was closed, breakfast was incredibly limited, the juice machine didnt even work. The room wasnt restocked, the towels werent folded, there was only one. There was a used coffee pod in the keurig and only one pod to use, and it was decaf. Overall we wont be staying again

After traveling 14 hours to arrive into Anchorage. Called to request shuttle. Told to wait at door 6 and it would be 30 minutes which is ridiculous for a shuttle for a hotel less than 5 minutes away. After waiting the 30 minutes, I was told it would be 10 more minutes. After ANOTHER 15 minutes, I called again and was told that she would send the shuttle. The Courtesy shuttle van never showed up so we go into a taxi to arrive at the hotel. Upon Check-in they said they couldn't find reservations. I explained that I had answered the email they sent and "pre-checked in". Then she found it. After Check-in, finally sent to my room. Opened the door and the lady already occupying the room screamed when we attempted to enter. Returned with all my luggage back to the desk and was simply told. "She shouldn't be in there". I was given a key to another room and sent on my way. No apology, no "sorry for the inconvenience", only here's your key. The room was less than ideal, the shower faucet leaked profusely even when turned off tightly, there was debris on the floor inside the room when we entered, there was no shampoo in the fixed container in the shower. There was one tissue in the Kleenex box and we came close to running out of toilet paper after one night. We will be returning to Anchorage in two weeks and will NOT be staying at this hotel again. We elected to pay double to stay elsewhere (and this hotel wasn't cheap). I will warn everyone to avoid this hotel.

The stay was horrible. Staff was great. Cleaning staff was awful and two were fired while we were there. Room was dirty and cleaning staff left instead of cleaning the room. Front desk people were great. Contine.tal breakfast was a joke. Nothing was available and staff were working with very little help. Hotel was just bought out and hadn't been fully integrated into the chains system. I would not recommend staying until they get thier act together.

For the damn near 300 dollars for this room your better off renting a vehivle and sleeping in it. Or spend another 100 for a place that does not reak of discusting smells and run down facilities. The room 114 I stayed in at some point had the door kicked in and it was visable this place is just a dump
