The hotel staff was very friendly and I would love to stay there again. The room was very clean and the pool was clean and just right for your skin not to much chemicals. Thank you so much ♥️

The staff here was very unprofessional! We booked a room for a night through Expedia and was driving from NY so around 2pm we called the hotel ahead of time and let them know we were on our way but would be late and wanted to make sure we would still be able to check in when we got there, the person we talked to asked for our confirmation number pulled up our reservation and told us that is No Problem at all she noted it down and will let the next person coming on shift know, the weather was bad and there were a bunch of accidents on our way there so around 8pm we called the hotel again and informed them that there were major delays on the interstate and we are still on our way, we let them know that we have 4 kids and wanted to ensure our room will still be ready since we wouldn't arrive until the early morning hours, the same person we talked to earlier once again reassured us that our room will be ready for us when we arrive and we had nothing to worry about. When finally arrived a little after 2am the person at the front desk informed us that they did not have any rooms at all available and that there was a miscommunication because due to some system error they had my reservation for a different date. When we asked her why the last person didn't tell us that while we were in communication with her she said that the other worker must have saw that we had a booking but didn't look at the date....This whole situation made no sense to me.👿
