I stayed at this hotel while visiting my father in the hospital. He’d passed away and through me and my family’s grief, I just want to say how incredibly professional, yet loving and sympathetic every single staff member we’d experienced during our stay was. I couldn’t say enough wonderful things about the way we were treated and cared for during our stay. They even checked on and helped my older sister in our room while I was out taking care of our mom. You guys are all superstars and I hope the owner of that hotel knows how valuable their staff is. The hotel was clean, comfortable, well lit outside, and safe. They had the best coffee and hot waffles each morning. Thank you to the management and staff for providing safety, comfort and love to your guests.

Newly redecorated, very clean, nice greeting at check-in Wear clerk thanked us for choosing best Western twice. Very nice breakfast with lots of choices. We will definitely stay here again on future visits to Huntsville

Weekend Stay for Concert
The staff was very friendly! Our stay was great. The location was perfect for what we were in town for. Check-in process was quick & painless, & it was a very affordable price. We didn't eat the continental breakfast, so I can't comment on that. The bathroom light/fan combo was annoying. You couldn't turn on one without the other. I ran out of hot water in the middle of my shower, & it was in the middle of the afternoon! Idk if it was a fluke b/c my husband didn't. I would stay here again.

We booked 2 rooms and stayed here for one night. We checked in around 3 pm. Rooms were neat and clean and smoke and weed free. We were tired so we hit the snooze button as soon as we got into the room. Property is located at a busy intersection. There were many places to eat, shop and fuel up close by. Parking was a breeze. Breakfast was good enough. They do have an outdoor pool on the back side of the property. Overall, it was a good stay. We will choose this place to stay if we are back in the area.

The staff during check in was rude. He essentially ignored us when we walked in while he continued his conversation on the phone. Then when he finally acknowledged us, he made it seem like we were the inconvenience and was rude and then proceeds to take another phone call mid interaction. The check out staff was the complete opposite, she was nice and attentive. She didnt make me feel like she was annoyed with me and comminicated with me during the entire process even when she had to take a phone call. She made me the priority in contrast to my previous interaction
