Unsanitary!!
We traveled 3 hours to Houston and of course was tired when we got there. When entering it there was a sign up with no more rooms as they're booked. When taking my family to the room it was a mess,the floors was sticky and there was still food droppings on the table. The beds was a mess removed the blankets and threw it on the side, the shower was broken. There wasn't anything we could do as it was late and was told the next morning that there was a new housekeeper that may not have caught everything. Really unsanitary. Did not look anything like what they put up in pictures. This hotel was a mess!! Smell was bad.

Don't trust the online pics..Terrible!
The place is filthy and run-down. The pics offered are very decptive. They must have been taken a long time ago. According to staff, the new management isn"t maintaum9ng the property. I was shown a letter, by a member of the staff, that shows they failed a mantanience audit. We canceled the seconnd night sue to the condition of the place. The place started to go down hill fast after new management took over 3 months ago.

Try changing my RSVP dates and bought the insurance thinking this was what it was for and was told that they weren't going to refund or help with date changing. With no control of our circumstances and having a family trip with our 6 children I don't think allowing almost $200 not refunded or assisted with a date change isn't okay! Really the entire reason insurance was purchased!

The customer service was horrible. This Hotel had baby roaches also. After a certain time no one answered the front desk phone but I called before 11:00 pm the business hours that was posted.

The check-in was smooth though we checked very late but our room was kept for us. Room cleanliness was nice too. All the promised amenities were delivered. the only thing that needs improvement is the cleanliness of the corridor carpet. There were visible stains on it and looks as if it has been washed for years. Rest was all fine. Good value for money.
