Everything was fine except for the bed
The room was a decent size. It had a fridge and microwave. The water pressure was good. My only problem was my bed. It was so uncomfortable. I felt like I was sleeping on straight springs. I didn’t make a big deal about because I figured I could tough it out. I probably should have said something because they aren’t going to know unless you tell them.

I was charged for 3 nights instead of 2. They would not admit their mistake at first, i had to go back and forth with the manager, and then she finally apologized after me pointing out that there was no apology or concern for my inconvenience they caused, just poor service and no respect. The mattress was hard as stone, I woke up with sore shoulder's and hips. We had to go out and buy a new fluffy comforter to sleep on top of. The balcony railing was chipped along the entire balcony. Just terrible place, never again.

Our stay was great! Unfortunately though there was ants crawling on the table and the bed. It would have been nice to have a Roku TV for an upgrade but otherwise it was very peaceful and the staff was amazing!. The beds were made daily and provided toiletries daily!

Room setup is nice, but seriously needs a deep clean. Stains on sheets, blankets, and a pillow. A hair found in bathtub and inside one of the clean blankets. Was not confrontable with the cleanliness.

It’s our second time staying at this property. Once again it was a great stay! The bay view is just so peaceful and beautiful. Our room was by the elevator and we didn’t experience any loud noises, it was quiet. Close to many places walking distance. Parking is a breeze, plenty of open spaces. Check in & check out is in the building next door (best western) I believe. They provide mini bottles of shampoo and conditioner, I would suggest they invest in bigger ones however not an issue since I always bring my own. The rooms are spacious has a microwave and mini fridge. I would definitely recommend staying here and will be booking again !

The staff at the hotel were very nice & friendly. Housekeeping kept up on giving everything we needed. The room itself was very clean & the hotel was very quiet during our stay. Overall a great experience but the beds were not very comfortable & the bathroom definitely needs to be updated. Would consider staying again!
