Air was dripping water ended up having a puddle next to my bed and had to use towels to cover up since maintence never went to fix the problem. Showed up at night back to the hotel to see my bed had no sheets no comforter had to go to lobby and receive bed items and then go back to room and set up the bed myself ! Also they took all my towels had to go back to lobby to get some more.

The pool was green and slimy. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling, the elevator shook like it was broken (never ever experienced anything like that before), the air conditioning leaked water all over the floor. Will not be back. Plenty of better options in the area. Staff was fine but the hotel is old and in need of serious maintenance.

Rooms were spacious, but no daily cleaning and we found bed bugs which we reported. The maid and custodian were helpful. The manager has not done anything for us other then saying he would have it cleaned.
My daughter was bitten up.

Well done Hyatt Place Greensboro!
Our stay was great. We were in town for my niece's graduation, and the location allowed us to easily access everything. The breakfast provided each morning was exceptional. I would definitely choose this hotel when I visit the area in the future.

The telephone did not work, WiFi took forever to connect, need variety with the bed pillows they were awful, beds could be updated, shower amenities were not filled, no dust ruffle on beds and bed springs were stained.

Excellent staff. Breakfast very good but for the coffee, which is awful. Suggest hotel install a K-Cup machine. Main problem with the hotel is its failure to address maintenance issues. I reported that the sink was not draining and that a light was out. The reports were not addressed by maintenance personnel.

Unpleasant stay
The place was understaffed and very busy. I sat on hold forever just trying to get pillows and blankets for the pullout sofa. I called 4x and put on extended holds. I had to walk down and ask for it. The guy brought me the pillows and blanket immediately but did not provide pillow cases. I asked for those in-person and they never came back. The breakfast area was dirty, not replenished and they ran out of clean cups and mugs - even the to-go .I had to ask for those. Overall it was an unpleasant stay with very little attention or care for cleanliness or client experience.

Breakfast is very good
Was a little noisy with kid from a sport group running up and down the halls. Parents don't watch there kids. Hotel should make sure this does not happen . But it did die down by 10 pm

Negligent management and dirty bedding.
I started feeling ill with a scratchy throat, sinus and headache during my stay. Upon further inspecting the bedding in my room, I discovered that the comforter I had been sleeping under was extensively stained and harbored visible mold and mildew—issues that were not noticeable under normal lighting. Presenting significant health and hygiene concern and suggests a serious lapse in laundering and room inspection protocols.
I immediately reported the issue to the front desk agent. I left the comforter with a desk agent and they gave me a new set of sheets. I slept on the couch in the room on my last night.
Despite promptly notifying the on-site team, it has now been nearly two weeks without appropriate resolution. The hotel manager has been difficult to reach and slow to take meaningful action.
I have followed up multiple times via phone and email, only to be told a partial refund might be processed—while he continues to dismiss the presence of mold and mildew on my bedding.
