We were looking for something practical for a family event. And the hotel had a problem with the main street, something that seemed out of the hotel's control. But it did hinder the activity a bit and it feels unsafe. They could have warned us. And another thing. The room we had is on level 1 on the side of an avenue. The window is poorly made, all the noise comes in. We couldn't sleep well and that is a huge drawback for any hotel.

Instalaciones agradables y cómodas, muy cerca del centro de Tequisquiapan. El que esté enfrente del Parque La Pila, nos permitió caminar y hacer ejercicio en ese hermoso Parque. El personal muy atento, agradable y servicial. La única incomodidad fue que la calle de acceso al Hotel estaba en reparación y con la lluvia, había mucho lodo. Al parecer en 3 meses se concluye esa obra.

El hotel requiere de ser remodelado. El mobiliario es muy viejo. Los baños muestran un pésimo y peligroso diseño, que pone en riesgo la vida de cualquiera. La zona es bonita. Es el hotel el que desentona. Necesita muchos cambios.

Las habitaciones son muy viejas. El agua caliente no funcionaba hasta que avisamos a recepción. Pedimos cambio de habitación ya que en la que nos pusieron daba a la calle con mucho ruido. Hay un bar en la esquina con música super fuerte toda la noche. La calle está sin pavimento lleno de lodo.
