Good location, terrible staff.
Good location! But the staff at the front not so friendly, I ask the girl at the front if I can have same floor as another family and she was gladly going to help me but then a guy named Carlos came in and said no and if I wanted same floor I'll have to wait more time. Also I didn't get my VIP perks.
