Excellent stay, quaint charming hotel.
Greystone is clearly a cherished hotel with personal touches by the owner who loves mermaids (see the chandelier downstairs, very cool design). The front of house staff were exceptionally nice and helpful, many thanks to all of them. Access to beach chairs across the street at beach (an extra 20 for umbrella which was totally worth it). My only regret is that I didn't eat at the restaurant but I hope to on the next visit.

The shower dripped noisily all night and I couldn’t call about it because the phone didn’t work. The walls are very thin and the music upstairs on the roof and downstairs and outside made sleeping hard. The room was clean and spacious and the location is very good.

Very very loud, noise from every which way until the wee hours of the morning. There was a very loud annoying group there during our one night stay. Courtyard Rooms are very basic, nothing upscale about them at all. Pool and bar area are nice. Staff when we checked in was a bit salty, but check out staff were great. Great location. Wouldn't stay here again.
