They had called before and asked if we needed one and I said yes, but it wasn’t in the room. The trash also hadn’t been emptied prior to our stay. If you want to check in early, they charge $80. Which was a hassle because check in was super late, 4pm. I’ve never had a hotel charge this much for a room that was already available. "
