I am used to a hotel room door closing behind me but the door to my room would not close unless I pulled it all the way shut, which caught me by surprise a couple of times. The staff was very kind and professional. The hotel is centrally located. I would definitely stay here again. "

"The hotel is beautiful. The Front Desk staff, concierge and Door Person were all super nice and helpful and friendly. The restaurant staff were not very friendly and some times down right snooty with the exception of Ricardo. Our room was beautiful and clean. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and will recommend the hotel. I was super impressed with how lovely all the flowers in the main lobby were and how clean everything was. Super comfy bed too. Nice spa area. "
