"The hotel and room are lovely and clean. Staff are always helpful. Area is within the medina so very busy, but clean and safe to walk around. Would stay here again. Be aware there is no hair dryer in standard rooms"

"Fabulous place for a trip to Marrakesh literally 2 mins and you are in JEF Rooms are large and very comfortable and clean, breakfast very good but it is served on the roof which is up three flights of steep steps so be aware of this if you have knee problems Staff were very nice and helpful Highly recommend "

"The riad is absolutely fantastic, our room was spacious and luxurious. The inside courtyard is a beautiful oasis. The rooftop patio is fantastic. We enjoyed dinner here one night as well as breakfast both mornings and it was very tranquil. The staff are all wonderful…friendly, helpful, professional. "

"Me & my partner have just come to the end of our 9 night stay in this hotel and all I have to say is we will be back! Easy check in & out. Facilities are always kept clean, including our room which was cleaned everyday & given fresh towels which we really liked. Food had a good variety to it. We enjoyed that there were activities you could join in throughout the day. Evening entertainment was good, animation team do their best to try keep it fun for all ages :) Lastly a massive shoutout to all the staff! You really cannot fault them, everyone we encountered were all very polite & helpful which made our stay even better. Ismail & a young lady in particular (so sorry I didn’t get your name) who work in the buffet restaurant were so good to us while dining! Making sure everything was okay & drinks were topped up (even remembered what we drank so we never need to say, drinks would just come over to us) - Small things like this made our stay so easy & enjoyable which is just what we wanted. Thank you for our stay, we had a brilliant time."

"Beautiful property can be a little hard to find. The grounds were amazing and the rooms and pool were beautiful. We were a little disappointed because we had been traveling all day and the hotel restaurant while it had vegan options on the menu they didn’t have any meals so we had to go out. Other than that great service and a beautiful place to stay. I’d stay there if we went back to Marrakech "

"This is a very good hotel, and I've been lucky to stay at so many here in Morocco. It's surprisingly quiet even though its on the busiest road in Marrakech. The shower and beds were good, and the staff are tops, especially the Valet. True kind Moroccan type of place. I'd be happy to stay again. "
