"Our stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Boston/Waltham was outstanding in every way. The location was perfect — close to great restaurants, shopping, and convenient transportation. The hotel was quiet, clean, and very comfortable, which made it ideal for our family of four. Breakfast was a highlight! It was complimentary, but the quality exceeded expectations — the orange juice tasted like it came from a 4- or 5-star hotel, and the food selection was excellent. We also enjoyed the fresh coffee and hot chocolate every morning. The air conditioning kept our room cool and comfortable, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the entire property felt safe and well-maintained. As a family, we especially appreciated the free unlimited Wi-Fi — unlike some four-star hotels where internet isn’t included — and free parking, which made our stay even more convenient. We were so impressed that we’ve decided to choose Hampton Inn for our future travels.
