Despite being VIP member still had to negotiate with spa attendant and didn’t receive full 20% discount per status"
"I was very happy with my 2-night stay. I was unhappy with noise the first night and the hotel relocated me the next day without delay. Very thoughtful. The rooms are very nice and clean. I would come again."
"I enjoyed my stay at Nairobi Safari Club. The staff were friendly especially Abby. I had a breakfast issue bcoz I made my booking online but she handled that issue professionally. The only downside is that the hotel needs an upgrade. The Rooms and bathrooms can use a facelift and the towels are too old and worn. For that caliber of a hotel, newer towels is a small price to pay. I look forward to going back there in a near future. "
