We had a lovely two night stay. Breakfast is very good, they have it all! Very nice women in the reception helped us book Alex or Josef they are the best and will give you any tour around the city. Modern room with steamer! We didn't understand how to put on and of different lights in the room properly ;-) maybe we are old fashioned! Nice people, good food, modern, is what stays in our memory.

Gorgeous new property! Set in a lovely quiet neighborhood (~spring valley) in Nairobi, near Westlands for shopping. Beautiful rooms, nicely styled, lots of amenities.including a house made coffee dacial.scrub brought at turn down, and excellent restaurant on site. We loved our short stay.

Very beautiful hotel but it lacks important functions for guests. They supply a hair dryer but it can only be used in the main room where there isn’t a mirror. No privacy in bathroom. Lights were very difficult to sort out. No facial tissue. Staff were very competent in the hotel. In the restaurant Meko the service was very slow and then the wait for the bill even worse. The hotel did reverse those charges which was appreciated. The other restaurant Upedo was very good. Beautiful pool but it had 5 loungers and no shade as well as being adjacent to the restaurant. For the price of the room much more should be delivered.

The hotel is perfect. There restaurants are amazing. I stayed for almost a month so got to try all the different options on breakfast amd dinner menu. The location is very safe and the staff is wonderful. The hotel is still new so they do not have spa yet. The gym is small and doesnt have much equipment but still kept in very good condition.The rooms are wonderful and well stocked with toiletries. The staff and room service is very responsive, if anything is required 24/7.

The customer service at this hotel is impressive. At check in I had a little tumble with no injury. Me , being a no fuss person thought nothing of it. To my surprise the staff informed the manager on duty who not only apologized for the incident but went over and above to give my partner and i a room upgrade. During checkout the following day, more upper management took time to find out how our stay was and seemed genuinely concerned about customer experience. The hotel is beautiful. I would recommend it and would definitely stay there again. Only criticism I have is the food. My lamb dish was tough… I expected better.
