"It is one of the best properties to stay in Constanta. The employees are very attentive and helpful. The gardens are well maintained. The reception area and restaurant are cozy. The included breakfast is delicious and abundant.
The rooms need some renovations. In ours, the kitchenette sink mixer and the bathroom sink mixer did not work. They should place at least a small microwave oven in the kitchenette of the rooms.
The guest service is excellent."

"Starting with lack of communication, I made the reservation and made a note that we will be celebrating our anniversary I also called the property previous our arrival to verify that they had the information and when we got there they said oh we did have any note about your celebration, the room was pretty basic, no refrigerator nor coffee maker not even a closet, and the worse bed ever, they charge you like a 4 star hotel and they are not even 1, terrible the breakfast you have two options...

"The property was amazing. The only place to stay within the national park. Hiking, birding, exploring … all from the doorstep of a charming, cozy cabin. But the best part was the staff. So warm and welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure I had an enjoyable stay. I’m definitely coming back, and for more than just one night. "
