"The hotel was stunning and christmas festive. It smelled great. The room was beautiful, the hospitality was great. I was suprised with a birthday treat to my door and a card which was super sweet and an excellent touch. Everything was clean. Room service made my bed and changed my towels everyday. Staff was kind and helpful even with the language barrier( I practiced communicating in Spanish). Check-in and check- out was easy and quick. My birthday accommodations were amazing. I was very thankful and comfortable. "

"I enjoyed the stay, this was my second time. *Check-in process get there early if not you'll be standing in there for at least half an hour,* is a $100 deposit per day which is withdrawn automatic unfortunately. The Room was comfortable, clean, For Breakfast get there early ,not only you would have to wait for elevators being so croud, breakfast table, long lines to eat. But Everything else was perfect , dining options, there or at the mall that is conected by a bridge. the pool after a long day. We stayed for 2 nights then went somewhere else for more trips "
