All the staff were great - my stand outs tho were Maria (the restaurant manager), Chezalina and Anastasia. These 3 staff members made our trip very memorable with their caring and pleasant ways. "One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff were so pleasant and friendly, the room was spacious and so clean. The service was fantastic, sometimes in big resorts the quality of service can slip but that was not the case here. The food was amazing and lots of variety every day. Plenty of choice of pools so was never too crowded and the beach front is lovely. I can’t wait to come back. "

I would recommend this small non alcoholic Beach Hotel. Lots of shopping and restaurants just outside their gate. Security was very good. "
"Amazing hotel to stay. Being an avid traveller, I can say this is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed. The food is exceptional in quality and quantity. The staff are very friendly and cater to all needs. Such a lovely place to be to relax and enjoy the all-inclusive vibes. All staff are smiling and show so much care towards you. We were specially looked after by Abdallah who mostly works in Ginger bar and also Ibrahim who works in the restaurant. They looked after us so well. I'd 100% recommend this hotel and will be vising again"

"Initially we had some issues with our villa and with the condition of its balcony, which was due for refurbishment as the neighbouring villa was being worked on - so it wasn’t a great start, however the staff were attentive and sorted us out by relocating us a brand new private villa which in one word was WOW!
Everything else was excellent and would most certainly recommend."
"Stunning hotel, very reasonable price. We ended up opting for half board and this worked out well for us. There was always plenty of options on the buffet which were good, we did not find that the ala carte options were very tasty at all.
The staff were all so kind and helpful.
The private beach was lovely, though unfortunately you still get harassed by beach boys who are generally nice but annoying.
The room was always clean, the staff smiling. The pool is beautiful and I love the extra inclusions as well as the little gifts!
Godlisten and Rachel were especially wonderful.
