"Great stay . Amazing location.
The staff of the hotel were great.
There was a lady I think her name was Ivy , I wanted to try a hot Pot place and she went of of her way to help with this and ensure the didi took me to the right place ."
"Excellent quality and luxury hotel, most guests appear to be chinese nationals, which is no surprise where its advised to have a translation app ready to go where needed.
Regardlss staff were great help always and friendly.
Interesting to have your primary desk reservation on level 51.
I'd highly recommend this hotel also for its prine location and nearby monuments and shopping and food."
"Highly recommended if you're in Chongqing. We had a great experience from check-in to check-out. Breakfast was awesome. Everyone there were so courteous and friendly. Will definitely stay here again."
"The receptionist that we met on our first day checking in was not that welcoming but the 2nd one (Ms. Hui) was more helpful and pleasant. It was on the 29th floor so it was a bit long waiting for the lift (stop on each floor). The location was good and convenient, It was close to Jiefangbei. The room was clean and comfortable but it was shortage of towel racks."
"Good sized room, clean, checkin and checkout efficient, not sure about the location as I didn't get chance to walk around much! Perhaps 15 minutes from the subway but didi is cheap enough. Used the place as a hotel rather an apartment so didn't need the kitchenette etc but it all looked decent."
