"Our go to hotel in Birmingham, quick & easy check-in. Every member of staff is very helpful, friendly & polite, from front of house to house keeping. Very handy for pubs, clubs & theatres. Short stroll for shopping or the Christmas market. Parking at the hotel £15. Buffet breakfast has something for all tastes, staff do their best to cover all dietary needs. "
"Lovely hotel, great location. Large rooms and friendly staff. Free Wifi but did tend to drop out now and again
My only negative is that even though good selection of breakfast food, the hot buffet was cold, luke warm at best"
