"The employees at this hotel are so friendly and nice! The free shuttle bus and car was very convenient as well. As soon as we arrived to the hotel from the shuttle bus, the staff sat us down in the lounge and we were able to get drinks ans snacks! Check in was quick. I stayed in the private onsen room and it was great, room was big and clean! "
