"Front desk member so nice and welcoming, room was very comfortable and clean, location perfect in center of city, loved the coffee cafeteria style. "

"Wonderful desk staff held our bags and texted us as soon as a room was ready for check-in. Hotel is an easy walk to the Space Needle area and Pike Place, with restaurants/takeout/coffee everywhere. Comfy bed, nice rooftop patio, and shelves right where you want them outside shower."

"Clean room and nice location very convenient if you want yo stroll around the city without a car. All the staff are nice except one girl at the front desk she's quite a snob and doesn't even look at me when I came in and check out she was "yeah you're all good" she's the one who sits on the left side facing the elevator last and Tuesday morning. It's kinda disappointing beacuse everyone is very friendly except her."

"Made reservations to stay a couple of nights before a cruise. Liked it so much, booked to stay a couple more nights after. Although the rooms are quite small, everything else makes up for it. Clean, modern, great location, business and leisure friendly, cordial and helpful staff, nice bar and a stacked breakfast buffet. Shout out to Herma Bange who went beyond her way to help us solve a situation."
