"I booked two rooms—one suite for myself and my partner, and another regular room for my mom. The suite was spacious with a comfortable sitting area, and check-in was smooth with friendly staff. The room featured automatic curtains that opened and closed at the touch of a button, which was a nice touch.
The hotel also offers a 24-hour self-service laundry with five washers and five dryers, which was very convenient. The location is great, close to Line 10 and Line 5 metro stations, with plenty of food options nearby.
However, there was one concerning incident. Due to visa restrictions, my mom had to leave early, and my partner’s mom stayed in her room the following night. Around 1 a.m., new guests entered the room, apparently thinking it had been vacated. Afterwards, hotel staff accused my partner’s mom of staying in the room without permission, even though we had not checked out. The situation was uncomfortable and could have been handled more professionally.
Overall, the hotel has many good qualities, but this incident left a negative impression on what was otherwise a pleasant stay."
