The place has one of the best landscaping and a stunning view of green hills around. We took a lot of pictures and we had a very nice time. The staff is very friendly and always there to help.

A cosy place to stay in Tuscany about 30 minutes out of Florence. Super friendly staff and free parking, plus supermarkets close by. Great for self-drive holiday. Unpleasant smell in bathroom possibly from blocked pipes and we couldn't get the air-conditioner working so was challenging to get to sleep as it was warm inside and couldn't leave the window open due to mosquitos. Part of a winery with lovely Tuscan views and farm animals on the property. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The "romantic room" was anything but. 20 something stair to get up to the room and a glass wall between the bed, the toilet, bidet and showers. Not a bit of privacy when needing to use the facilities

Sehr schön

Insgesamt sehr schön. Check in und out nicht ganz so praktisch, da die Zeiten sehr kurz gehalten werden. Frühstück im Freien ist eine neue Erfahrung, jedoch bei Regen nicht ganz so toll gewesen. Es gibt zwar eine Überdachung, jedoch ist diese nicht ganz dicht. Die Zimmer sind super schön renoviert und sehr sauber. Klimaanlage funktioniert super. Sehr nettes Personal überall

Kan bestemt anbefales, helt fantastisk sted til ferieafslapning i fantastiske omgivelser. “Middag” i vinmarken, som afholdes mandag, onsdag og lørdag var en oplevelse vi aldrig vil glemme og som er er meget taknemmelige over at have deltaget i. Go komfort på værelser mv.

Wij hebben hier 1 nacht geslapen om te kunnen dineren bij het landgoed van Sting en te genieten van de omgeving. Heerlijke ruime kamer, die schoon was met een lekker bed. De kinderen hebben genoten van het zwembad. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug!

Ich muss dazu sagen, das ich sehr viel reise und schon in 150+ Hotels war. Ich habe aber noch nie so ein hellhöriges Zimmer gehabt, man konnte an Schlaf nicht denken, da obendrüber eine Familie mit drei Kindern gewohnt hat, welche Tag und Nacht lärm gemacht hat. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war ok, der Mülleimer wurde in den vier Tagen, in denen wir Vorort waren, nicht einmal geleert. Die Sauberkeit am Pool und in der Anlage lässt zu wünschen übrig. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass das Personal beim Frühstück überhaupt keine Lust hatte, die Tische wurden nicht abgeräumt, nachdem die Gäste gegangen waren, es wurde lieber am Handy gespielt. Das Restaurant war wegen einer Hochzeit alle vier Tage geschlossen, weshalb das "Frühstück" am Pool serviert wurde. Das auf Expedia als "großes Frühstück" bezeichnete Frühstück bestand aus Weißbrot, einer Johgurt-Sorte, zwei verschiedenen Marmarladen und Butter sowie viel zu hart gekochten Eiern (die innendrin dann schon grün waren). Es wurde nichts aufgefüllt, weshalb man ab 9 Uhr kaum mehr was bekam (Frühstück von 8-10 Uhr). Die Weinprobe für 28€ bestand aus einem Weißwein, einen Rosewein und zwei Rotweinen sowie 2 Scheiben Weißbrot mit Öl. Empfanden wir leider auch als zu viel für die Leistung. Man war auf das Auto angewiesen, um Abendessen zu gehen, da das Restaurant Vorort geschlossen war. Es gab an der Poolbar "Abendessen" ein mini Caesar Salat in der Pappschale mit Holzbesteck für 10€ fanden wir frech. Zum Aperol für 7€ gab es keine Snacks.

The room was cute, but shower head was disgusting. I turned on the water and noted the stream going every which way. I looked up because that can only mean that the shower head is dirty. The white shower head had black all over the spouts. Some were so blocked, nothing came out while the others were shooting in different directions. They need some vinegar soap and water to clean it. . Then I don’t even think they changed the trash bag from the previous stay, just grabbed the trash out cuz there was floss in the bin. The restaurant was okay. My risotto was very undercooked. Very heard. But the flavor was amazing. We started with one server who ended up ignoring us the rest of the stay. The one that took over was very kind and sweet. Then Arianna with the olive oil and wine tasting was great as well. The only reason I gave this place any stars was for them two.

We loved our stay at Palagina. Everyone was so welcoming and nice. Our room and the views are absolutely stunning. We loved hanging by the pool and taking walks on some paths to see natures around us. Wine and olive oil was also super tasty! We did a tasting and it was fantastic. Only thing that was that there is only a few restaurants on the property and they closed some for events so you are stuck with eating there if you don’t have a car. And taxis are practically non existent in this area, roads are narrow and winding with no lights so unsafe to walk anywhere. I would highly recommend renting a car if you come to this facility. I believe they have free parking.

Very nice Estate, but they need to invest in lighting and signage and an indoor location for breakfast. It was 53 degrees and raining a breakfast buffet was outdoors.

The staff at the la cuchina was helpful and friendly, especially the people in the hamburger outdoor dining area. However, although the upper main hotel is available for dinner, and bee viewing, they didn't seem welcoming. We did not get property information upon check in and had to find out about most things ourself and.much if that was too late. An extremely concerning point is the two dogs on property, who are basically ignored. Not one employee knew their names. They clearly are uncomfortable with fleas. Such sweet, friendly and lonely dogs being mistreated. This ruined my experience.
