We were a couple staying for 2 nights. We felt the service was good and warm and room was clean. Do not expect r much regarding the breakfast, but you can order an omelette and coffee is good. We slept well but did not like the pillows. Hotel is very centrally located. Will recommend a stay here as we think the hotel gives value for money.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful. They helped us pre-booked the taxi for several trips and responded to our requests very quickly. The air con in our one-bedroom suite was strong enough during the super hot days in Prishtina. The daily cleaning of the room was high standard. The hotel is located 3 mins walk from a convenient store and 6 mins walk to the main street has lots of restaurants. The reception was available 24 hours , the staffs communicated among themselves really well, we were carefree during our stay. I highly recommend City Inn, we had a very pleasant stay!
