A Perfect Stay in San Juan! I can’t say enough great things about this hotel. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of San Juan and within walking distance to so many wonderful restaurants, historic sites, and local attractions. Despite being so close to everything, the hotel itself is incredibly quiet and peaceful, making it the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The cleanliness throughout the property was exceptional. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. It’s clear the staff takes immense pride in keeping the hotel in top condition. Speaking of staff, the service was outstanding from start to finish. Everyone I interacted with was warm, friendly, and eager to help, going above and beyond to ensure the stay was perfect. If you’re looking for a clean, quiet, and beautifully located place to stay in San Juan with genuinely excellent service — look no further. Can’t wait to return! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Excellent stay at 352 Guest House

Freddy and Teresa were very helpful, kind and welcoming and made my stay comfortable and very enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious and condition and cleanliness of my room and roof top spa were excellent. I’d definitely stay again and strongly recommend Guest House 352 for accommodation in Old San Juan.

The staff was quite attentive, anything you could really need is within a few minutes of walking, breakfast both good and filling. Also, my room was a perfect 22 celsius at all times (71.6 Fahrenheit). When I checked in, I was casually asked why I was visiting San Juan & replied that I just wanted to practice my Spanish. After that, the staff switched to only speaking Spanish with me, which I appreciated.

Beautiful hotel, right in the middle of old San Juan. Located in a great place. Even though old San Juan can be very busy, as soon as you stepped into the hotel it was very peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. The staff were amazing!!! Teresa was so nice. Breakfast tastes wonderful. Very clean rooms. They were quick to answer any questions and concerns that I had if so, can’t say enough about this hotel we had a wonderful experience. Would love to come back.

The building and room were beautiful and right in the heart of Viejo San Juan. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom had a great shower with good water pressure. Checking in and out was very easy. Will definitely stay here again next time I visit Puerto Rico.
