A romantic get away

This was my second stay at Parco De Caribe. After I booked I called spoke with Eliezer who is extremely friendly and customer service oriented . I asked and without hesitation for extra services as I was on a romantic getaway and wanted to surprise my girlfriend. My requests were met and exceeded my expectations my girlfriend was wowed and grateful . Thank you very much Eliezer for taking care of my requests the other hotel employees also assisted . The hotel is great. My requests were met my girlfriend glad. The staff customer oriented. Shout out to Eliezer and team. My romantic get away made spectacular. Thank you very much

Dont be fooled about the surrounding area

I was surprised on the quality treatment i received, facility was clean, always someone at front desk to help, beach only 5 minutes away, restaurants 4 minutes away, there's a strip of little bars and food, 5 minutes away and a ice-cream store 6 minutes away, i went to ice-cream store daily, when you first look at neighborhood the hotel is located it looks ran down, it's a older neighborhood and hasn't had good up keep, but it's safe and has a lot to offer, believe i travel a lot and I know where to go and not to go, this hotel and area is a big green light, which means Go, the beach has very nice restaurants, I will be back and i will bring my children, there's a park right across from hotel and a church ⛪️,

A Slice of Paradise in Boca Chica

From the moment we arrived at Parco del caribe in Boca Chica, we were greeted with warm smiles that set the tone for our stay. The hotel was located just a stone’s throw away from the beach. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable. The staff deserves special mention for their exceptional service. They went above and beyond to cater to our needs, always with a genuine smile. Special thanks to the staff who went out of their way to return some clothing items that we mistakenly left behind. In summary, our stay at this hotel was nothing short of phenomenal. With its stunning location and exceptional service. It truly felt like a slice of paradise. We can’t wait to return! Highly recommended for anyone seeking a dreamy getaway in the Dominican Republic.

Après une incompréhension de notre arrivée à l’aéroport (nous arrivions à un autre que Las Americas) entrainant un retard quant à l’arrivee de notre taxi et occasionnant un coût bien supplémentaire kilométrique, l’hôtel a été compréhensif et a accepté de diminuer notre charge financière, après discussion. Ils ont fait en sorte egalement que nous disposions d’un plus grand appartement que prévu afin de s’excuser. En cela, Messieurs ont été très honnetes et à l’écoute. Je recommande vivement !! Et merci au super taxi.

What did I like? Everything! the customer service and how much Mr. Eliezer, Mr. Francisco and Mr. Elvis show the customer how much they care and how much they value their business! It's not a 5☆ hotel but it is a 10☆ service, you feel home you feel like family. We can chose any hotel we want but instead my husband and I keep on coming back to Parco del caribe because their attention and care is priceless. Thank youuuuu all so much 🙏🙏😂👏👏👏. What didn't we like? Nothing cause everything is great ☆☆☆☆☆

My stay at this hotel was mostly pleasant, and it’s a great choice if you need to be close to the airport. The staff were absolutely amazing. I felt a bit nervous being in a foreign country where I didn’t speak the language, but when I asked where I could get food, one of the staff members went above and beyond. They literally walked me to the restaurant, which really eased my worries. I appreciated that extra care and attention. The hotel also arranged for my airport transfer, and it was seamless—no issues at all. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and made me feel comfortable during my stay. There were a few things that detracted from an otherwise great experience. The hotel was quite noisy at night. Motorbikes were constantly racing and revving their engines up and down the road, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. It was a bit frustrating. Another issue I encountered was with the water. The toilet had limited water in the tank, which made it difficult to flush. I also did not have hot water in the shower the next morning, which was a bit of a letdown since I had a long day of travel coming up. Despite these issues, the excellent staff and the hotel’s close proximity to the airport made it a convenient choice for my stay. I’d definitely recommend it for short stays or if you’re just passing through, but keep in mind the potential noise and water issues.

Clean property, friendly staff, parking on premises which is a big plus if you have a car. I will stay at Parco Hotel again. One thing to keep in mind is there’s no microwave.
