As other reviews have stated homeless people do tend to hang out in the parking lot, the hotel is somewhat secluded and tucked away, on the last night of my stay my truck was broken into, the front passenger window shattered, my things completely rifled through, as well about 4 or 5 other guests vehicles were broken into as well, the hotel didn’t offer much sympathy or help other than telling us to call the police, some of us didn’t even have valuables visible, I was told I was targeted because I drove a pick up truck by a police officers, apparently teenagers have been targeting hotels near airports to steal firearms from out of state vehicles, I noticed during check in that the front desk has access to security cameras, so how they didn’t notice multiple vehicles having windows busted in and gone through is beyond me, during my stay the area had some heavy storms and a steady stream of water poured in through the window, the toilet clunked around a little as if the tank wasn’t properly bolted to the bowl, during check in one receptionist seemed to be playing on his phone, while the one that checked me in was on her AirPods and seemed generally disinterested, the hotel itself was clean and comfortable for a two night stay, as well as its only about fifteen minutes from downtown, this was my first time in Tennessee, and thid experience alone has honestly left a bad taste in my mouth with Nashville, I’d recommend finding a hotel in the city or one with more secure parking.
