The room door wouldn't latch completely by itself, and you had to fight and lift it to latch for the key card lock to activate also. The room itself was ok and clean. The bathroom door wouldn't close correctly, and would slide past the stopping point and leave a big gap. The shower water would leak out onto the floor every time, but we had extra towels to handle it. The smell in the room would sometimes get really bad and seemed to be coming from the plumbing, but this seemed to be an issue around the city and not just the building though. The front desk staff was nice, but it appeared other staff were afraid to talk or answer questions. The breakfast was not free, but the staff didn't approach you to ask you for your room number, and didn't explain how you were supposed to pay for it. Even with the inconveniences, it wasnt a bad place and it was a good location for seeing things around town.
